Terms of service

These terms apply when you use accereth.com or buy from us. Accereth is a trade name of AVD Collective LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Accereth", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Exchanges & Store Credit policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it with you. We ship only to the addresses listed in our Shipping Policy.

2. Our products and what the pages say

  • Photos. Our product images are created with AI image tools and show each piece styled on our models. Every image is checked against the real piece for color, cut, length and fabric before we publish it. The models in our images are not customers and are not reviewers. Screens show colors a little differently, so the shade on your screen may vary slightly.
  • Facts on the page. Fabric content comes from the garment's care label. Pieces marked "Measured" have measurements, stretch, lining and a phone-flash check that we recorded on a sample of that piece; each fact says where it came from. A fit note with the fit model's height and the size she wore appears only when a real fit model wore that piece.
  • Origin. Each product page states where the piece was made wherever its label states it (for example "Imported").
  • Final sale. Pieces in final-sale categories are marked "Final sale" on the product page and in the cart.

3. Prices and offers

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars. Our pieces are $80 each unless the product page shows a different price.
  • Any 2 for $120 is our standing price for two eligible pieces in one order: the second piece is 50% off, applied automatically at checkout. It isn't a temporary sale.
  • Shipping is free on two or more pieces in the same order; on one piece it is the amount shown on that piece's product page ($5 or $4.75).
  • Seasonal offers (for example a Black Friday offer) run only on the dates shown with the offer, and their terms are shown on the site while they run. We never raise regular prices to fund an offer.
  • Discount codes work only as described where they're given, until the expiry shown with them. Codes can't be combined with automatic offers like Any 2 for $120 unless the code says it can. Each code has one use per customer unless it says otherwise.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • If a price or offer on the site is clearly wrong because of a typing or technical error, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full. We'll email you before we do.

4. Orders and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email.
  • We may cancel an order (and refund it in full) if a piece is out of stock, if we can't verify the payment, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or resale abuse. We'll tell you by email.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • Stock levels on the site come from the warehouses that ship our orders and update during the day. If a size sells out after you order, we email you right away with the choice to wait for a new date or cancel for a full refund.

5. Shipping, exchanges and store credit

Delivery times, shipping costs, holiday order-by dates and what happens if an order is delayed are set out in our Shipping Policy. Exchanges, store credit, final-sale rules and the cases where we refund (an order we can't ship in time, or a defective or wrong piece that is sold out in your size) are set out in our Exchanges & Store Credit policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Tea orders (Mushroom Matcha and Mushroom Hojicha) and Subscribe & Save tea subscriptions also follow our tea orders refund policy and subscription policy.

6. Reviews and content you send us

  • Reviews must be honest and about a piece you bought. Don't include other people's personal information, hateful content or links.
  • We publish all reviews that meet these rules, whether positive or negative. We don't edit what you write. We may remove a review that breaks these rules and tell you why.
  • If we ever offer something for leaving a review, it will be offered for any honest review, positive or negative, and the review will be labelled.
  • By submitting a review, you let us show its text on our site and in our emails and social posts, with your first name and last initial, and you confirm you have the right to share what you send.
  • Photos you add to a review appear with that review on our site. Before we use your photo anywhere else (emails, social posts or ads), we ask for your written permission.

7. Emails and text messages

  • If you sign up, we send marketing emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Text messages: if you tick the text-message box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Accereth at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

8. Giveaways

Any giveaway we run has its own Official Rules, published with it. No purchase is ever necessary to enter.

9. Our content

The site's text, images, logos and design belong to AVD Collective LLC or are used with permission. You may share links and screenshots for personal use. Please don't copy our content for commercial use without written permission.

10. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to break its security, no fake orders or accounts, and no use that breaks the law.

11. Liability

We sell clothing for personal use. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If you have a problem, please email us first at support@accereth.com; most things can be fixed quickly. Any claim that isn't resolved may be brought in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, or in the small claims court where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
