Refund Policy

All sales are final. Every Accereth product is a consumable food and wellness item, so for the safety, freshness, and quality of every customer we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Food products cannot be restocked or resold after they leave our facility. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no returns or refunds will be issued.

We still stand behind every cup

Your happiness matters to us. While we can’t offer refunds or returns, we will always make it right if something is wrong with your order:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, email us at Accereth@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. We’ll send a free replacement right away — at no cost to you.
  • Lost or missing packages: If your tracking shows a problem or your order never arrives, reach out and we’ll help track it down or replace it.

Replacements are provided in place of a refund and are our way of making sure you’re always taken care of.

Packaging may vary

Because we make every order fresh and ship at high volume, your tea may arrive in different packaging than the images shown in our ads or on our website — for example, a kraft pouch with a printed label. The product inside is identical: the same Mushroom Hojicha, the same functional mushroom blend, the same net weight, and the same quality. A difference in outer packaging alone is not considered a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and is not grounds for a return, refund, or chargeback. By ordering, you consent to receiving the same product in potentially different packaging. See our Packaging Policy for details.

What is not eligible

Because the product is consumable, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or store credit for: a change of mind, personal taste or flavor preference, ordering the wrong item, product that has been opened or partially used, or a difference in outer packaging from the images shown.

Subscriptions

You’re in full control of your subscription — skip, pause, change your delivery frequency, or cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account. Once a subscription order has been billed and shipped, that order is final under this policy. Manage your subscription here.

If anything about your order isn’t right, please email Accereth@gmail.com before contacting your bank. We respond quickly and will always work with you to find a fair solution. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first giving us the chance to make it right is a breach of these terms, and by purchasing you agree to contact us first.

By placing an order with Accereth, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, including that all sales are final and that packaging may vary.
