Packaging Policy

Your product is always the same. The packaging may simply look a little different.

Accereth is a small, fast-growing brand, and we make every order fresh. To keep up with high order volume and get your tea to you as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in different packaging than the images shown in our ads, on our website, or on social media. For example, your tea may come in a kraft pouch with a printed label rather than the exact pouch pictured.

What never changes

• The product — it is the exact same Mushroom Hojicha: roasted Japanese green tea with the same Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps and Reishi blend.
• The amount — the same net weight and the same number of servings you ordered.
• The quality — sourced, blended and sealed to the same standard, every single time.

Only the outer packaging may vary. Never the tea inside, the quantity, or the quality.

Your agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that product packaging may differ from the images displayed at the time of purchase, and that a difference in packaging alone — when the product, quantity and quality are as described — is not grounds for a return, refund, or chargeback. This is covered under our Refund Policy (all sales final).
