Cancellation policy

This policy covers the optional Subscribe & Save plan for Accereth teas (Mushroom Matcha and Mushroom Hojicha). Accereth clothing is not sold by subscription.

How your subscription works

  • When you subscribe, you agree to a recurring order that automatically renews and bills to your payment method on file at the frequency you choose (for example, every 30 days), at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
  • We send a reminder email before each renewal.
  • Free shipping is included on every subscription order.

Skip, change or cancel anytime

You can manage everything yourself, with no phone calls:

  • Skip one, two or three deliveries
  • Change your frequency (more or less often)
  • Pause your subscription
  • Update your shipping address or payment method
  • Cancel at any time

Sign in to your account or visit Manage My Subscription. Any change or cancellation made before your next billing date applies to your next order. Orders that have already been billed and shipped are final, as described in our tea orders refund policy.
