When will my order arrive?

Arrives in 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not federal holidays. We count from the first business day after you order. Some pieces are packed the next business day, so for those pieces we count from the second. Each product page shows the dates for an order placed today, and the last day to order for your night.

What if it doesn't fit?

Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for Accereth store credit, and use it on another size or piece. It must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached; trying it on at home with the tags still attached doesn't count as worn. We don't refund to your original payment method. On an Any 2 for $120 order, each piece earns $60 in credit plus its tax, while one piece on its own is $80 plus shipping, so a new size on its own costs about $25 more before tax. Order the new size with a second piece and Any 2 for $120 applies again: $120 for both, with free shipping, less your credit.

What to check before you order a club dress

What makes a dress a club dress?

A club dress is made for hours in a loud, dark, crowded room. Most are short. Many are fitted or stretchy, so the dress moves when you do. The straps, the sleeves and the hem decide how often you stop to fix it.

How do I know I can dance in it?

Read the product page before you order. Where we have them, it lists stretch, straps and length. Stretch says how much the fabric gives. Straps say what holds it up. Length lets you compare it with a dress you already own. Our size guide shows how to measure one.

Club dress or two-piece set?

A dress is one decision. A two-piece set gives you a top and a bottom that match. Can't choose? With Any 2 for $120, two $80 pieces cost $120 together, and shipping is free on 2+ pieces.

What if it's cold out?

Pick a piece with sleeves. Dresses with sleeves say so in their names.

Will it arrive before the night?

Orders arrive in 3-7 business days.
