FAQ

Orders arrive in 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting federal holidays), counted from the first business day after you order. Some pieces are processed by the next business day, so for those pieces we count from the second business day. Each product page shows the estimated arrival dates for that piece, ordered today.

Use "Check your date" on any product page: pick the date of your night and it shows the last day to order. Holiday order-by dates are on our Shipping Policy. There's one shipping speed for every order, so please order by the date shown.

Free on two or more pieces in the same order. On one piece it's $5, or $4.75 on pieces whose product page says so.

Our pieces ship from more than one U.S. warehouse. Each package arrives within the same 3-7 business days. You pay shipping once (and nothing on two or more pieces), however many packages there are.

If your order can't arrive on time, we email you before the promised date with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

When each package ships, you get an email with its tracking link. You can also sign in to your account to see every order and its tracking. Our Track your order page shows how.

Exchange it for Accereth store credit and use it on another size or piece. Request the exchange within 7 days of delivery; the piece must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Trying a piece on at home with the tags still attached doesn't count as worn. Email support@accereth.com to start. Yes. Request an exchange for store credit and use it to order the size you want. Order the new size right away so it has the most time to arrive before your night; sizes sell out, so we can't hold one while your piece is on its way to us. On an Any 2 for $120 order, each piece earns $60 in credit plus its tax, while one piece on its own is $80 plus shipping, so a new size on its own costs about $25 more before tax. Order the new size with a second piece and Any 2 for $120 applies again: $120 for both, with free shipping, less your credit.

Bodysuits, swimwear, intimates and lingerie, jewelry, beauty, clearance pieces and gift cards are final sale. They're marked "Final sale" on the product page and in your cart.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We cover the shipping to us and send a replacement at no cost. If it's sold out in your size, we refund the piece and the shipping you paid.

Each product page has a size chart for that piece. The easiest check: lay a dress you love flat, measure it the same way, and compare. Our Size Guide shows how.

Check the fabric line on the product page and the stretch line wherever we have one; if it says "No stretch", go by that, even with spandex in the fabric. If the piece has little or no stretch, choose the size that fits your largest measurement. If it stretches a lot, your usual size is the safer starting point. Still unsure? Email us your measurements and the piece, and we'll tell you what the numbers say.

Where we have the piece's length, the product page shows it with the garment measurements. Otherwise the name says mini or maxi; for an exact check, measure a piece you own from the highest point of the shoulder (or the top edge) straight down to the hem, and compare.

Start with the fabric line, which is on every product page: a share of spandex or elastane means the fabric has some give. Where we have a stretch line, the page shows it too; if it says "No stretch", go by that, even with spandex in the fabric. That's what decides how a piece moves.

Where we know them, the product page lists the straps, any built-in cups, the closure and the bra that works.

Every product page shows the fabric content and, wherever we have it, the lining. A fact we don't have isn't shown.

The product page says "Lined", "Unlined" or which part is lined, only when we know it. If neither is known, the page leaves the lining out rather than guess.

Fabric content is on every product page, and the page says where the piece was made wherever we know it (for example "Imported").

Our product images are made with AI image tools and show each piece styled on our AI-generated models. Before we publish an image, we check it side by side against photos of the real piece for color, cut and length. The models aren't customers or reviewers, so we never use them for fit claims: fit notes come only from our measurements and a real fit model.

That's the point of the checks above. If the piece isn't what you ordered (wrong item, color or cut), that counts as wrong: email us within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement at no cost (if it's sold out in your size, we refund the piece and the shipping you paid). Screens show colors a little differently, so a slight shade difference isn't covered.

Add any two pieces to your bag (gift cards aren't part of the offer) and the second is 50% off automatically, so two $80 pieces cost $120, with free shipping. It's our standing price, not a countdown sale.

Every piece is $80, and there's never a "was" price. Any 2 for $120 makes two pieces $60 each, and shipping is free on 2+ pieces. Every product page lists the fabric, and orders arrive in 3-7 business days. Wrong size? Eligible pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for Accereth store credit.

No code is needed: Any 2 for $120 comes off automatically, and codes can't be combined with it.

No. We show every review that follows our review rules (honest, about the piece, no personal information or hate), good or bad. Star ratings on our product pages appear once a piece has at least 10 real reviews.

Accereth (ASS-er-eth) makes going-out pieces: dresses, sets and tops for the nights you plan, with the facts on every page, shipped from U.S. warehouses. We're online only, run by AVD Collective LLC, a Nevada company.

We can't promise no one else will have your piece.

We're online only, so there's no store to visit. That's why every product page shows the fabric, the size chart or the garment measurements, and how to measure a piece you own; where we have measured a sample, those numbers are on the page too.

We tag pieces by the kind of night they suit, but each venue sets its own dress code, so check the venue's own page before you go.
